2. Account Registration and KYC

One account per player. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Initiating chargebacks with your payment provider without first raising a dispute through OKBet88 support

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR’s Gaming Licensing and Enforcement Department (GLED) at pagcor.ph where applicable.
